David Morgan is a respected national consultant specializing in Public Housing Authorities, with over a decade of service in the field. He has built a national reputation for his expertise in training across various aspects of housing operations, procurement, and agency audits. David's extensive experience also encompasses managing disaster relief efforts, policy development, and strategic planning for agency consolidations and the disposition of REO properties for HUD. Currently, serves as a board member the Sarasota Housing Authority and has previously held a board position with the Florida Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (FAHRO).

This option delivers a single license to the PHA Commissioners' Training module (online and on demand) for one person. License holder will have access to the courses for a six-month period.
All PHA Commissioner Training Subscription
This option grants all PHA Commissioners at your agency full access to the PHA Commissioners' Training for an entire 12-month period. Additionally, newly appointed Commissioners can enroll in the trainings at any time during the subscription period at no extra cost, as long as they are filling a vacated seat.
Full PHA Staff / Commissioner Training Subscription
This option provides the best value per person, granting full 12-month access to AHTA’s entire 325+ course catalog for all PHA staff, along with dedicated Commissioner Training. This comprehensive package delivers exceptional training opportunities for both staff and Commissioners, maximizing your investment in professional development.
