The OCCH training academy has been a godsend for the Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority! The portal gives us the ability to quickly assign and develop our staff of 33 on all facets of day-to-day property management. The certifications our maintenance, housing, and even finance staff have earned have given our Authority a sense of expertise, accomplishment,  and pride as we have grown from zero tax credit properties in 2015 to opening our fifth tax credit property in 2021. We could not have done this without OCCH and the training support with Fair Housing, Asset Management, Maintenance, Compliance, Service Coordination, and even soft skill/leadership development.
