CAN I 'TEST DRIVE' THE PLATFORM BEFORE SUBSCRIBING?

Absolutely!  Follow the 'Contact Us' link in the main menu above and we will coordinate a call to explore your needs.  We will provide free 14-day access to the platform to a person within your organization so they can evaluate the content and make a determination if our offerings meet the property-level training needs for your affordable housing property or portfolio.  Contact us today! 

WHAT IF I HAVE STAFF TURNOVER DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

No problem...your annual subscription will allow a new employee (or learner) to join mid-year, and to be trained without incurring any additional cost.  If you have staff turnover onsite, you don't incur additional expense for their training during the subscription period!

CAN I MONITOR THE STATUS OF MY STAFF?

Yes!  During the onboarding process (getting you setup in our system), you will identify one or more persons on your staff who will be granted 'special access' and have the ability to run reports and monitor the progress of your staff.  We will have a dedicated Customer Support Representative available (during regular business hours, Eastern Standard Time) to provide support to end users or managers at your company.

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE ONBOARDING PROCESS?

Onboarding consists of a few basic steps:  1) Executing the subscription agreement;  2) Training your 'admin' on how to monitor staff; 3) Importing your listing of users (and porting over your existing transcripts, if that is a need).  Please note, the system does require every user to have a unique email address (but it can be a personal email address, if a corporate email address is not available).
