Joseph Henry brings over three decades of dedicated experience in the affordable housing sector. Beginning his career in 1986 as a maintenance professional, Joe quickly recognized the paramount importance of education in his field. This realization ignited a passion for continuous learning, leading him to master not only maintenance but also the intricate regulations of various affordable housing programs.

Throughout his career, Joe has held pivotal roles, including Regional Manager and Director of Operations for esteemed management companies. Despite these advancements, his commitment to sharing knowledge remained unwavering. As the owner and trainer at Professional Compliance Solutions, LLC, Joe specializes in training on major programs such as LIHTC, RD, HUD, HOME, Bonds, and Fair Housing. His workshops are renowned for their interactive nature, blending regulatory training with practical examples to create an unparalleled learning environment.

Introduction to Rural Development Housing

Consistent with the Affordable Housing Training Academy's (AHTA) desire to provide best-in-class trainings for all flavors of affordable housing, AHTA is thrilled with its partnership with Professional Compliance Solutions, focused on USDA Rural Development (RD) training.
